62 Oaks Drive | St Leonards | Ringwood  

Prior to redevelopment, this five bedroom bungalow at 62 Oaks drive occupied a relatively wide plot and had further land to the rear.

Working closely with the land owner, we quickly established that the site had development potential. A detailed site appraisal was then carried out involving a number of our consultants, following which a planning application for three, four bedroom bungalows was submitted and subsequently approved.

By maximising the development value of the site, the land owner achieved approximately 120% of existing market value for the sale of the property.
